Terms & Conditions for Devoron

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Devoron (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
No Refunds and No Guarantees
Devoron maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services. Once work has begun, all payments made are final and non-refundable, without exception.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases. The performance of IT services, software development, SEO, and digital marketing can be influenced by many factors outside our control, including:
Your existing online presence
Previous work completed by other agencies
Industry competition
Market conditions
Search engine algorithm changes
Technical environment
SEO, digital marketing, and technology-based solutions require time to produce measurable results. Clients who are starting from scratch or have poorly maintained systems may require extended time to see improvements.
Six-Month Contract Commitment
All long-term services provided by Devoron—including SEO, digital marketing, and monthly retainers—require a minimum six-month agreement.
Contracts cannot be canceled early.
The Client is responsible for paying the full six-month term, even if they choose to discontinue the service early.
Contracts automatically renew at the end of the six-month period unless the Client provides written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Document Signing and Record Keeping
All agreements are signed electronically through secure platforms such as DocuSign.
By signing, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms, including the no-refund, no-chargeback, and six-month commitment policies.
Payment Terms and Disputes
Clients must resolve all payment-related concerns directly with Ktechnology Pro.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
KTechnology Pro reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid balances, chargeback losses, collection fees, and legal expenses.
No Liability for Results
Devoron is not liable for:
Specific SEO rankings
Increases in website traffic
Leads, sales, or revenue outcomes
Changes in search engine algorithms
Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
Downtime caused by hosting providers or external services
All services are provided based on industry best practices, but results are not guaranteed.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide complete, accurate, and updated information required for service delivery
Respond promptly to communication requests, approvals, and feedback
Provide necessary assets (images, text, login credentials, brand materials, etc.)
Follow recommendations and guidelines provided by KTechnology Pro
Avoid hiring multiple agencies for the same service, as it may impact performance
Failure to provide required materials may delay results and does not exempt Clients from payment obligations.
Modifications and Termination
Devoron reserves the right to:
Modify, update, or discontinue services
Change these Terms at any time
All changes will remain in effect unless the Client cancels according to the cancellation policy.
